Compensation of damages policy
1.0 COMPENSATION OF DAMAGES
The staff of the hotel has the right to remove persons with suspicious / unacceptable behaviour from the premises of the facility. If it is estimated that due to the behaviour and/or activities undertaken by the group of guests, the work of the hotel as a whole, the safety of the other guests and the image of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to remove the guest-group from the facility, and in that case the service users, i.e. the guests, have the right to compensation from the hotel. In the case of ascertaining damage caused by the guest of the hotel, the hotel has the right to pay damages in accordance with the price list or on the basis of the ascertained record for specific cases that are not defined in the price list.
