Payment policy

After confirmation of the reservation by the Client, the hotel will issue the Client with a pro-invoice for the services agreed upon with the company. Payment is based on the following dynamics: advance payment of 30% within 3 days from the date of the invoice.

The rest should be paid no later than 5 days before the group’s arrival at the hotel. No later than the day after the departure of the group from the hotel, the hotel will issue the final invoice to the Client. The final invoice (final calculation) will include all possible additional services that were not included in the pro-invoice, and for the payment of which the Client undertook the obligation.

In case the Client assumes the obligation to pay for additional services, the hotel reserves the right to ask the Client for additional payment guarantee.

General terms:

Reservation of accommodation and other accommodation services is considered confirmed upon submission of the invoice and confirmed advance payment. In the event that the Client does not pay the advance payment by the given deadline, the hotel have the right to reduce the occupancy (number of rooms) or cancel the reservation. The client is obliged to submit the final guest list to the hotel, no later than 5 days before the arrival of the group.

 

1.0 PAYMENT POLICY IN CASE OF NO-ARRIVE GUEST

In case of non-arrival of the guest in the reserved room/room, the hotel reserves the right to charge compensation for damages, namely:

– The price of the reserved service (bed and breakfast) for one day of use.

 

2.0 COMPENSATION OF DAMAGE IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 3 days before the start of using the service, the hotel reserves the right to charge compensation for damages, namely:

– The price of the reserved service (overnight stay with breakfast) for one day of use.

In case of cancellation of the reservation within 3 days, no compensation is charged.

 

3.0 COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGE IN THE CASE OF SHORT-ENDED STAY

In the case of shortening the stay in the hotel and notifying the owner within a period of less than 3 days, the hotel reserves the right to payment of damages, namely:

– The price of the reserved service (overnight stay with breakfast) for one day of use.
